Taking the first step is hard stuff. I hear you! Maybe you’re confused because you’re hearing conflicting information - one minute carbs are good, the next carbs are bad. One day it’s “stay away from fruit juice, there’s too much sugar” the next it’s “a juice cleanse is the best thing you can do!” I am here to tell you that a binary of “good for you” and “bad for you” is a myth. The articles and influencers can get overwhelming, I get it!

We will start with a 1:1 Breakthrough Session - a 60 minute session where we chat about your health history, your past successes and struggles, and your current/future goals. Next- I will begin to build your path forward to reaching those through regularly scheduled 1:1 sessions with tasks and tools that assess the 12 key areas in your life that influence your overall health. Over the course of a just few sessions together, you will unlock so much more than you thought possible - and that's barely even scratching the surface!
